A Stylish Stay with a King Bed and Heated Floors #27

It was very cute, comfortable and accommodating. Great location and easy to get in and out. It was clean.

Not having bag storage and check in after 4 was difficult. We fly in from the West coast and it will always mean we get in super early or super late…so we don’t want issues with our bags for 4-5 hours.

Floors were loud above us, could hear talking from rooms above, and construction work at 1230am occurred outside of the complex one night

I was happy with the location, room next to the shared kitchen. Friendly in call staff and maintenance attendant. I would definitely stay again 😌

The noise of people having sex loudly in the room above me, not so easy to contact staff and get a rapid response, I switched rooms and had a mouse in my room, many repairs needed in all three rooms that I stayed in and maintenance was called. I REQUESTED A CALL FROM A MANAGER/CORPORATE, TO ADDRESS AN ISSUE OF THE MOUSE AND REIMBURSEMENT AND WAS NEVER CALLED BACK. Also the cleaning fee that I was charged from room to room was very high! Also had a problem with the heat in 18. I was freezing at 1 am and had to call maintenance because batteries were dead in the heater’s remote control

great location! right near a train stop that can easily take you into boston and some cute restaurants if you want to stay in the area. All the amenities in the room were such a nice bonus (good water pressure in the shower and the kitchenette is so handy if you're staying for more than a few days) the staff was so responsive both on the app while messaging and also when I had to call with a question, staff answered my call on a sunday night before check in and was super helpful. the door entry was very easy and it's such a nice, safe building 10/10 would stay here again because it's a great value. thank you!!

I honestly don't have any complaints.. everything about the stay was lovely. I would recommend to bring your own shampoo and conditioner because not much is provided but that doesn't make me think less of the property, everything about the stay was perfect.
