Parking was free and great (no need to fight for spots), view was amazing, and it has a lot of good space in the room

No cleaning (we stayed for 5 nights), some of the stuff wasn’t very clean (it has a layer of dust), even had to throw away the trash ourselves, the AC blows to your face directly when sleeping, late check-in fee after 9 pm

The view from the balcony was amazing and the room was cozy, clean and comfortable. It is very conveniently located from the strip and many other attractions and for the price that you pay it's an absolute steal ! The host was really helpful and explained everything clearly.

Hmm..so the description in the booking.com mentions the term "private pool" which is kinda misleading. That needs to be corrected so that people do not have any unrealistic expectations.

Mike is very patient and helpful. Our rooms are spacious, clean, and with enough storage. The hotel is with walking distance to casino and resturaunts. In the last day of 2023, We watched New Year's fireworks from the balcony, and this trip is one of our best experiences.

"This might be the best stay I've ever had in Vegas."

We enjoyed everything from the view to the jet tub to the full on kitchen. Ice in your room and a very, very comfortable bed. We had a fantastic stay! We recommend it highly!

That we only booked two nights.

"Awesome studio close to the strip."

Beautiful room with amazing view of the strip. Easy to walk over to the Palms Casino which has good restaurants and a spa.

Not much - we enjoyed our stay.
