Deluxe Beachfront Studio, Shores of Panama, Oceanviews and Updated

It was very cute and comfortable for a couple.

The room was not cleaned properly. It wasnt anything that ruined our stay but definitely an inconvenience.

The unit was clean, decorated really cute, and the view was absolutely lovely. Wil definitely be staying here again next year!

The water was shutoff around 9 am on 8/9. We called the front desk and they claimed they did not know anything about why the water would be off. We contacted the owner of the unit who very kindly informed us he was not aware of what was going on but would find out. He promptly called us back about 20 minutes later and told us the building was doing maintenance on the water and it would be turned back on before 1, and it was.

elevators were slow and stopped at almost every floor even if no one was there

the condo was clean.

the bedsheets were very cheep feeling and not very comfortable. It needs a few more towels and wash clothes and more toilet paper. we had one and a 1/4 roll. and our door did not lock from the outside. and no warning that the cable guy was in our room and wanted us to wait outside. the staff gave hardly to no info about where things were in the building. they even told us we were on the second floor ( we were on the 20th , figured that out after about 15 minutes). i had never been told what floor or the room number. i thought that would happen at check in( there was no actual “check in). our presence seemed to irritate the lady tucked in the corner. Ray was very rude on the phone. he said we shouldn’t have much luggage for a cart bc there were just 2 of us. he told me to calm down. would stay again but hopefully not through Ray.

the pool area was nice

the bed has sand on the sheets, I had to wash them the first night. the door got stuck several times and we had to cal the 4 or 5 day after several more calls someone came. sometimes it would not close or lock

The cleanliness if the room. It was a very easy to access property. The host gave good directions for ease of checkin and location of parking spot.

Clean, had amenities we were looking for, and a good price.
