Lila is the best host we have had in Vietnam. Communication is easy and fluent. Moreover, she went beyond letting us check-in early and helping me find some medicine that I needed. She gave us good recommendations to eat in the surroundings. The Studio was just what we needed. Strong, fast and reliable internet connection. We could work and have online meetings with no problem. On top of that, the location is extremely convenient to explore Huê, it is at a walking distance from the old citadel. I would recommend this place 100%

The location was great, and just around the corner from the night "walking street." The location was easy to find, and as described by others, it was quiet since it was set back from the street. Additional site security for the facility was great and easy to navigate using provided digital entry late at night through the security gate. The room itself was large, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was large and actually easy to sleep on along with the couch in the room. The kitchen was large as was the bathroom. The family who operates the facility could not have been nicer or more professional-- they were great and want to provide excellent hospitality to guests.

There was not anything I did not like since I am used to traveling in Vietnam and other Asian countries so I get used to knowing that I will have to haul my luggage up a flight or two of stairs since most buildings do not have elevators. Staff met me when I arrived and offered to help carry mu luggage up the 10 steps or so, but the stairs are not step and should not be a problem for most travelers who do not need disability accomodations.
