Staff's hospitality.Kitchen with refrigerator,deep freezer and microwave Cleaning staff which is

Hot Room no 803 without TV. Uncomfortable bed with very small and uncomfortable pillows . Coackroches in the kitchen .No water kettle in the kitchen .No stoppers in sinks.Toilet flushing in not powerful enough.There is a hole in the toilet roof.The bathroom needs to be upgraded to the acceptable standard .

Thandaza ,Anele and Akhona from Bidvest they make us fill at home with their good service.

Doors are broken not locking,no lid for bath , cupboard are broken , cockroaches everywhere 😞🪳🦟🪰🕷️,empty promises no TV, no swimming pool 😞😞😞 please inspect the property's before you send your clients.

Staff were kind , however very slow and fatigued

The rooms were full of mosquitoes

Space was quite ok

No Aircon, lot of cokruches

I liked the location and the security is very good you enter the hotel using your face at the camera ,lift were working perfectly and the towels were clean every day

I didn't like the kitchen unit it didn't have doors and it's very old and cockroaches everywhere,the bath was not cleaned and with no shower curtain

Security is the number one priority I love the safety there

The receptionist was very friendly and quick to act for our room thank you for that
