Bedrooms were neat. Close proximity to wild coast and shops Mini Tea station and complimentary toiletries were a nice addition

Constructive Criticism - if furniture is upgraded the stay would be recommended. We had a 83 year old who sunk into the couch because it has lost its support. The bin drawer was broken with no alternative for refuse disposal. Kitchen items not provided: Dishcloths / any kitchen cloth Braai utensils A can of doom would be useful for insects and flies Couches and dining chairs were dirty and should be deep cleaned. Bottom of drawers are damaged and can be neatened

Cleanliness,it was not cleaned until we left.Gate Permit was not issuied until we had an encounyer with one of the security guard

The accommodation itself was beautiful as seen on pictures. Comfortable beds.

If only they would clean the exterior, when we were climbing the steps to our rooms. The steps and corridors were so dirty. Can't they sweep and mop the corridors. First impressions last, there was no mop to wipe the floor after taking a shower. We had to request some of the cutlery and crockery at reception because it was not enough.
