"I didn't enjoy the stay which I wanted to cancel but fortunately we had to leave cause of an emergen"

I was not informed of things such as ironing materials which I ended wearing un iron clothes. Not briefed of where to get breakfast though I was aware that it wasn't included on my booking. Just because it's a private property for such information was not shared.

Information of private property that is given to hotel bookings be handled in a similar manner. Receptionist to advise on what to get where.
