Yugo Explore - Melbourn Point

The staff were phenomenal, so helpful and friendly every one of them. I even asked for the number for a local taxi company and they had it. The room itself was warm, comfortable and I felt very safe. The room was the perfect size for just me for one night. The bed was also very comfortable. Sound does travel a lot in that building but everyone settled down after a while.

The only thing that took me by surprise was the lack of toiletries in the room but I guess it's not a hotel. Maybe I should have read the description better but I was unprepared. I wasn't staying in the room long so I didn't need much but I will know in future. I did not use the kitchen so can't speak about those facilities.

It’s fine for a quick overnight. Single room was compact but ideal for one.

The room is great, much more spacious than in the photo, the bathroom was very clean, the whole environment was very pleasant, and check-in was easy and also the check-out.

The facility is good and the staff were fantastic. Their customer Service is great
