good value for money for families to enjoy together under a same roof.

Rooms were very spacious, beds were comfy, good little kitchenette, restaurant on ground floor was great, pool looked fantastic

Long way to appartment, elevator was very slow, pet hate not having a hand held shower

very comfy bed! full kitchen with everything you need! tv in bedroom so could watch movies in bed

The apartments are suites from the Aston Kuta Hotel that were sold off to another owner and rebranded as Kuta Reef Apartments. You are getting a considerably better rate than the Aston Kuta Hotel for what is exactly the same room. You have access to all the hotels facilities as well. I would recommend reading the Aston Kuta Hotels reviews to get an idea for what the place might be like.

It is not clear how to check in. If you enter Kuta Reef apartments into Google maps it goes to the exact location the apartments are located within the hotel which isn’t helpful. In the end we had to go to the reception of the Aston Kuta Hotel where the receptionist contacted Kuta Reef Apartments for us where someone met us to show us to the apartment and collect payment. Check out was also slightly ambiguous however from the conversation we had with the Aston Kuta Hotel receptionist it sounds like you just leave the key with them.

Good clean rooms very comfortable.Friendly staff very helpful.Happy stay.
