Заселяють швидко, майже миттєво. Персонал непомітний, якщо вам нічого не потрібно, а лише сон. Максимально укомплектовано. є пральна машина, чайник, плита, посуда, праска, фен, холодильник та мікрохвильова піч, телевізор працює, інтернет норм, кондиціонер живий).

Сантехніка і фурнітура мають дуже втомлений вигляд. Вхідні жвері мають вигляд "після ремонту"
