City Centar House

I had a good and simple communication with the hosts, who were very nice and welcoming. The location is excellent – right in the city center, which made everything easily accessible. However, the apartment felt a bit untidy on arrival, with crumbs on the floor and tables. There was also no place in the shower to hang towels or leave shampoo and shower gel, which was inconvenient. While there is a Nespresso machine, there were no capsules provided, and no espresso cups or saucers. The saucers for the tea mugs weren’t properly clean, and there were no paper towels or table cloths available in the kitchen area. That said, I would still come back to this apartment because of its location, convenience, spaciousness, and good value for money. With a bit more attention to detail, this could be an excellent place to stay.

La posizione centrale, ma non troppo. La pulizia e la disponibilità e gentilezza del'lhost, ed il parcheggio esterno alla struttura ma comode tranquillo.

Çok yeni bir bina, mimarisi başarılı, fiyatı çok uygun.

Daha temiz olabilirdi. Birkaç yerde lekeler görmek tedirgin hissettirdi. Bulunduğu bölge çok gürültülü.

Drugi put boravimo ovde i za nas se to dosad pokazalo kao najbolja opcija za jednu noć, u povratku sa mora. Dobili smo prostraniju smeštajnu jedinicu od one koju smo rezervisali. Soba i kupatilo su čisti i uredno održavani. Domaćin je ljubazan i predusretljiv. Parkiranje je moguće u neposrednoj blizini. Postoji naplata parkiranja. Centar Niša je na pešačkoj udaljenosti.

Locatia linistita este foarte aproape de zona centrala la care se ajunge pe jos in cateva minute.Aproape de terase si locuri in care se poate servi masa,acces facil,parcare pe strada si se se ocupa cea care administreaza proprietatea,dealtfel o persoana dinamica si plina de solicitudine.Pentru asta va multumesc.

Faptul ca usa de la intrarea in camera nu este fixata corespunzator in tocul usii si atunci cand se deschide sau inchide o alta usa din interiorul proprietatii se produce zgomot deranjant.Mai ales noaptea. Si doi,nu am sa scriu aici dar v-am lasat "mesajul " pe noptiera patului. Promisiunea remedierii celor doua probleme ma va face sa permanentizez cazarea la aceasta locatie.
