Mattress and pillows were somewhat hard.

The property is not maintained Its dirty even the bad sheet itches i could not sleep the whole night my whole body was itching , i even tried to ask them to change bedsheets and they denied

We paid in advance by wire transfer like requested in their email. We paid cash for the taxes on arrival. We have now checked out and they are sending me bank requests to pay the full amount again. Seems like a scam I don’t like these companies using booking.com to find guests but then handling all the payments outside of the app. I prefer to use the app and have security of my payment. I was not given a receipt for paying the taxes on arrival. Not very professional and has me worried
