Posizione vicino a tutto,il parcheggio non a pagamento.dal balcone si vede il mare 2 minuti a piedi. La struttura aveva l ascensore,un balcone molto grande anche gli spazi interni. Accanto allo stabile c'è un supermercato ed un ristorante.
