I liked that it was a studio meaning more spacious but there was no soap no shampoo i had to buy everything from the store and also i had to buy some food because they add the service if u ask them to bring u smth, and just one towel for each one, there was just one boy there serving!!, the pool was good though. 5/10

Nous avons apprécié la sérénité du lieu, la petite baignade en piscine le matin ou en fin de journée. Les gens du quartier sont très sympas et le personnel est très bienveillant. Si nous avions besoin de quelque chose Hassan était là pour nous aider. C'est aussi très bien situé, à proximité de tout, il ne faut pas hésiter à explorer les alentours. On était vraiment bien.

Juste le wifi n'a pas fonctionné pendant notre séjour mais nous avons trouvé des solutions extérieures facilement.

Big thanks first to Mr. Hamdy for his support and care—thanks to him, we had the best hot air balloon experience ever. The accommodation was very good for the price, with friendly staff and good cleanliness. It’s close to the Nile, less than 800 meters from the main square and service areas.

It seems my unit needed a bit of maintenance. For example, the TV wasn’t working, and there was a water valve that needed replacing. There are no staff available after 7 PM. My infant daughter got very sick late at night, and I couldn’t find anyone to guide me to a nearby doctor. Wi-Fi is only available near the swimming pool, not throughout the building—you can’t really expect to have Wi-Fi in your room, especially at night. There’s no washing machine, and unfortunately no laundry service available at the property or even nearby.
