Very good location, very close to the city center, city mall, small shops, bakery, quiet street, very large room and space, small court for laptop work, small beautiful inner courtyard, private parking, and very kind staff. I would not like to put this issue to "what didn't you like?" box, but you need to be very careful at the parking place and to watch 360' all the time until you park your car. Otherwise, you can scratch the vehicle as I did on the vehicle door from the pillar which is located in the middle of the parking space. This has nothing to do with the wonderful and kind staff, place and staying, this has to do with the architect who designed the building :) (p.s. I am also an architect, and I immediately identified the design mistake)

The apartment was extremely clean, which was especially important to us because we traveled with a baby, the staff was very responsive and respectful and helped us with a baby high chair and a baby cot. The location was very close to the city center and main city attractions but the street it is located on was quiet so the street noise was not a problem. It also offered us a parking space on the property which was a huge advantage because it is very difficult to park in the city center if Pecs. Would definitely book it again, it was very worth the money.

The apartment is located in a historic building in the center of the old city. The building itself is renovated and the apartment is decorated very tastefully. It was very spacious, the bedroom was comfortable - equipped with a closet and two chests of drawers, where you can easily store all your things. The owner took care of the details (blankets, ironing board, iron, clothes dryer, etc.). Contact with the owner was hassle-free. The place is worth recommending, but my advice: book an apartment on a higher floor.

It is a pity that when booking there was no information that the apartment is located on the ground floor facing the street. People were literally walking in front of our windows (the windows started at a height of 1.2 meters, and the width of the 60 cm. sidewalk did not help with privacy). Knowing that this apartment is so situated I would certainly choose another apartment on the first floor. In addition, there was a smell of dampness (fortunately, slightly) from the basement (this is probably an unavoidable thing with the first floors of old houses).

This is a recommended hotel with parking spaces for cars. It's only a ten-minute walk from the central square and very quiet.
