Astra Sarti Luxury Suites

The property was near the beach - 6/7 min by walk. It was very clean, all the staff was very friendly and always ready to help. There were two pools - for adults and for kids. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and there is a private place for your car which is great if you want to go somewhere with your car. You don’t have to worry where you will park when you go back at the place. It was really comfortable. Everything you need for a good vacation. I can definitely recommend this place!

There was not even one thing that I didn’t like about our stay at this place.

I liked that it was fresh and nice, well taken care of place.

The only thing I can think of is that the check-in instructions could be better. Both we and several others who checked in had difficulty knowing which room to have. So clearer instructions on that part.

Location and the room.

The communication was almost inexistence with the personnel. Although they replied quick, they never communicated before check in or when electricity and water cuts happened during the whole morning. They didn't inform or apologize or even offer an alternative to even take a shower.

Everything was great, super clean rooms and pool. Allways available beds at pool, and dedicated parking spot which is super fine. Kitchen very well equiped especially good for family with kids that like making own breakfest.

It was a great stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was helpful and supportive.
