Piękna lokalizacja i doskonała restauracja w pobliżu.

Otrzymaliśmy inny pokój niż zamówiliśmy. Właściciel kłamał i dopiero jak pokazałem mu zdjęcia zamówionego zaczął twierdzić, że w naszym jest awaria. A w zamian dostaliśmy apartament o niższym standardzie w tej samej cenie. Jak zwróciliśmy uwagę, że nie ma ekspresu do kawy, to przyniesiono nam kapsułki ale bez ekspresu. Na zdjęciach widać jak miał wyglądać nasz apartament a co dostaliśmy jako rzekomo ten sam standard. Poza tym zdjęcia nie oddają tego co w rzeczywistości. Na pierwszym widać jaka miała być sypialnia, na drugim jaką dostaliśmy, na trzecim jak miał wyglądać salon a na czwartym jak było w rzeczywistości.

Bellissimo borgo caratteristico in pietra e legno. Acqua fresca di montagna disponibile dalle fontane dislocate in diversi punti. Calma e tranquillità la fanno da padroni.

Un po’ scomode le tante scale anche all’interno dell’abitazione, ma è anche un po’ normale visto il posto.

Dormire in questo borgo è sicuramente un esperienza unica. L'accoglienza è stata super gentile, la nostra stanza era proprio in cima al borgo, un posto unico. Attenzione alle valige da portare perché la salita è piuttosto ripida. La sera abbiamo cenato all osteria dello sportello, posto suggestivo e con ottima cucina.8

Posto bellissimo, particolare e suggestivo

Vacanza in 8, due coppie con 2 figli ciascuno, abbiamo prenotato un appartamento con salotto e due camere da letto, poco prima dell'arrivo mi è stato riferito che una camera era umida e non potevamo dormirci, abbiamo quindi dormito su un divano letto con mia figlia di 4 anni in mezzo, un incubo. Se lo avessi saputo in tempo avrei disdetto

Staff veramente accogliente e molto disponibile. Ottima la colazione, con ampia scelta e qualità dei prodotti eccellente. Borgo suggestivo immerso in un ambiente spettacolare.

Gli appartamenti hanno bisogno di maggiore manutenzione (tetti da cui entra acqua; docce da sistemare; letti talvolta arrangiati; mobilio vecchio e cadente).

The location is undeniably beautiful. Simply amazing and like others have commented, it feels like you're walking around a film set. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating - they let us check in early and check out late. They were happy to make dinner reservations for us etc Breakfast was really lovely and plentiful - cakes, pastries, juices, but also really tasty bacon and scrambled eggs. As much tea and coffee etc. We stayed for three nights - the first night we ate at the Osteria della Sportella and whilst separate to the accommodation, they did book this for us and it was a real holiday highlight. The meal was amazing, the staff even better and a wonderful experience. Almost as good was another local place called Momagno - also excellent, cheaper and the owner super helpful, he deserves to do well. The parking isn't plentiful and is not straight forward - hard to describe, but you are talking about very small hairpin bends to reach it and very few places to be able to turn around if at the top there are no parking spaces. You also have to drive everywhere. However, we always did find a space and so wasn't ever an issue. The pool is beautiful - well maintained and within a gorgeous garden. There are toilets and showers. Parking gets full. It's evident from photos that the pool is separate to the complex - maybe I missed it, I didn't realise you had to drive to the pool. Again, once you worked it out then not a massive issue - but you're certainly not popping back to your room for suncream, glass of water etc It was often quite busy around the pool - I think it's open for guests only but it's not obvious, but there was generally enough chairs (we arrived the first day as others were leaving and they offered us theirs otherwise we would have been out of luck). As I've said, you need to drive everywhere but supermarkets are close and so are the Marmore falls - about 5 mins up the road.

We upgraded to the 2 bed superior with balcony mainly to have some outdoor space but also because it said it had air con. This was a portable unit - where you had to have a large, plastic vent/tube hanging out a window. Given the windows it meant to use air con you had to have the window open - counter intuitive but it also meant we got lots of mosquito bites. We were staying in Aug and so air con was a must. A fan was provided but this broke during our stay, reported but not replaced in time. So, overall it meant the flat was generally really hot - the air con was not effective enough. Mattress in main bedroom was excellent (best of the holiday) but so hot at night that it meant we didn't sleep well. It's described as a two bed - not really. One single bed was downstairs effectively replacing the sofa in the open plan lounge/kitchen. The second bed was at the top of the stairs but open - no separate door, or room just a space at the top of the stairs outside the bathroom. But enough space so we moved the bed from downstairs to upstairs as otherwise neither of our 2 children would have wanted to sleep downstairs. We didn't cook but the equipment was basic at best - some pans etc but otherwise literally 4 small glasses, 4 knives, 4 forks etc it felt v sparce and holiday rental. Lots of lights didn't work ie didn't have bulbs like around the bathroom mirror, outside on the balcony. Small points but given the price of the accommodation these were disappointing - for us, it was one of the pricier places we stayed in Italy and it feels you pay for the location rather than the standard of accommodation. This was our fault but I also wish we had stayed here during the first part of our trip, rather than the last part when our general energy levels were lower (temps also hotter).
