From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our stay in Batumi would be unforgettable, thanks to our incredible hosts, Nana and David. Their warm welcome immediately made us feel right at home. The hotel is impeccably clean and centrally located next to many attractions. Yet, what truly sets this place apart is the extraordinary hospitality of Nana and David. They were always on hand, eager to assist with anything we needed—from providing travel tips to sharing their extensive local knowledge. And their generosity with homemade food and wine exemplifies the renowned Georgian hospitality. For anyone seeking a genuinely warm and immersive experience in Georgia, this hotel is a gem. I can't recommend it highly enough!

A place that seems to have been recently renovated, beautiful and clean!! in an excellent location. We had a lot of fun, thank you David!

The owners are genuinely nice people, can show you around, advice you places to visit or have dinner at and help you with your parking. The hotel in located in the city center, big rooms & nice balcony. Can recommend!

The location is perfect: close to all the sights, transportation, cafes, the sea. The street is not noisy. The room is big with a very comfortable bed and a kitchenette. Slippers and towels are provided. We liked the toiletries. There's a balcony with a great view to have some morning coffee. Our train arrived late and our late check in was accommodated.

I stayed for 4 nights and my room never get cleaned. Even the towels weren't replaced. I had to call once to get a fresh towels.

My apartment was facing the back, so quiet. Modern, functional furniture, good bed, central. Friendly and professional host.

The provided kitchen utensils are a bit lacking ( I missed a wine opener, a coffee mug etc)
