Sehr zentrale Lage in der Fußgängerzone. Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe.

Einen Hinweis das man durch die Fußgängerzone fahren muss und darf ! Die Durchfahrt ist eigentlich gesperrt (Kamera überwacht). Der Vermieter meldet dann die Mieter entsprechend an... dann ist auch alles OK!
