Nasser at reception went out of his way to ensure our stay was exceptional, and I am really thankful 🙏. for making our stay in Jeddah pleasant 😊. he was also able to accommodate our earlier checkin and within few seconds 2e were in our room. He always was there to help and with a smile on his face. the facilities, staff and location is awesome.
