"No hot water at all during stay, awful WiFi and manager did not do what he should have"

So I have to be fair - the room does look very nice inside and is really spacious. The guys who work at the reception are friendly. Also I got a WhatsApp message a few hours before I arrived asking me about what time I would be arriving which is a good practice.

❌ There was no hot water. I raised this with the hotel and rather then fixing it there and then, I had to wait half a day before it was even physically looked into by a hotel worker meaning that I had no option but to have two cold showers which is utterly unacceptable. After it was physically looked into, was the problem resolved? No! There was a slight change but the water was not hot - the water was at best lukewarm and after being physically looked into, rather than flowing smoothly, the water started spluttering - so the situation was arguably worse. This is disgraceful for any hotel but even more so for an expensive hotel like this. ❌ No WiFi connection on my second day there and when the WiFi was working on the first day, the signal was very weak. ❌ A light within the room was flickering. ❌ Could hear TV from a guest staying in a nearby room ❌ Could regularly hear a "ding dong" sound from the hallway even at night I messaged the Hotel Manager on WhatsApp to come to a resolution but he declined the offer hence the review is here. What he said to me is that the next time I should book directly with him rather than through booking.com and there will be a reduction in price (is that because he will avoid Booking.com's fees and not really offering a discount?) After I'd left the hotel, he offered to change my room by which time it was too late. If you had come to a resolution with me, then this review could have been avoided. You chose not to and I have seen that you reply to previous negative reviews with the same kind of wording. Wonder if you will do that here.

"Good for people who wants to be close to airport who bring their food along"

Location

There was no complementary tea or water. There are no near restaurants or grocery shops. It was hard to bring food and drinks for a traveler without a car

"Uncomfortable and hectic."

Night Staff was good specially a young man named Anees.

The staff was good, but the owner was neither responsible nor cooperative. He needs to respect his guests and honor the agreements he makes. We were personally affected by his ill-mannered behavior and lack of integrity. He should understand the true meaning of honesty and professionalism. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
