Very nice location. The appartment is clean and comfortable. Good airco.

Leaking crane kitchen, can be solved easily.

we like the location, accessible to BGC, Highstreet, SM Aura, restaurants. the place was clean, beds & sofa ok, wifi good, shower good, tv with netflix very good, bathrooms downstairs ok.

AC good except for when the water started to drip on the floor and no warning. we could have slipped and fall.i put towelson the floor. but the AC works well, easily cool the rooms. please check all connections that the water from AC will not drip on the floor. kitchen faucet needs to be tighten. it was dripping the whole time.

Convenient location in BGC, cozy, well furnished, especially loved that the USB charging cables are already provided. Easy and convenient check-in, host is very responsive.

The elevator in the building is very slow and the place is a little bit old

Cozy/home-like. Value for money. Safe and secure. Phone charging cable is everywhere. Kitchen and bathroom items/accessories available.

No free parking.
