"Filthy, dangerous and cockroach infested"

1.The blood stained towels in the cupboards 2. The cockroach infestation in the refrigerator 3. The cockroach infestation in the bin 4. The disgusting smell in the cupboards 5. The cupboards full of half eaten food and ingredients teaming with cockroaches 6. The disgusting smell in the hallway 7. Couldn't hang clothes in the wardrobe because smelled so bad 8. The dirty pool filled with floating scum 9. Shower not hot 10. Cooking hobs turned off every minute, couldn't cook. 11. Smoke alarms ilegally covered with plastic bags 12. No help from booking.com whatsoever, no reply, we left and lost all our money we paid....still no contact from them, felt really abandoned by them in a far away country. 13. The whole experience was very stressful
