La suite, es realmente amplica y cómoda, con todo tipo de comodidades.

No le pongo ninguna pega, es maravillosa.

La chambre est très bien, stylée et faite avec goût. Le spa super aussi. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans la chambre tous les matins à l'heure que vous avez choisi, on le commande la veille, et on coche ce que l'on veut....il peut être très copieux !! Le personnel est super sympa et à l'écoute des clients. Georgia donne pleins d'informations sur les restos et sites a voir 👍 Je recommande fortement cet établissement !!

L'appartement était parfait avec une grande terrasse donnant sur la mer. Tout a fait conforme a la description Très bon petit déjeuner

Georgia und ihr Team sind überaus gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Georgia hat uns bei der wegen eines Streiks notwendigen Fährticketumbuchung geholfen. Zudem hat sie uns auch einen Mietwagen vermittelt, der uns direkt zur Unterkunft gebracht wurde. Das Apartment ist sehr stilvoll gestaltet, die Ausstattung ist prima. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück wird zur gewünschten Uhrzeit auf das Zimmer gebracht. Die Aussicht auf die Caldera ist traumhaft.

Limited reception hours. Road noise. Limited facilities nearby for food/drink. No restaurant on site - breakfast nice but cold by time it reaches the room

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. We had a large outdoor courtyard with a hot tub which was nice (not hot but more warm) The breakfast was good, lots of choice and always arrived on time. Communication was efficient and staff were friendly.

Road outside the hotel is loud! Luckily we were in a room round the back but during the day sunbathing it was rather loud with traffic. The location is good if you want to stay in the hotel, there is a bus stop 30 seconds away which can take you into Fira town/ other towns but it was a bit far out for our liking (our fault for picking)

I booked the hotel for a one night to use as a location for a proposal. Georgia was exceptional and ensured the room was perfect. She communicated the entire way through and the evening went smoothly. When I booked the room, I requested flowers and champagne (at extra cost) which was there when we arrived. It was perfect.

Les attentions et la gentillesse du personnel, superbe suite pour notre famille, avec Jacuzzi, très propre, literie tress confortable, et petit dejeuner servi sur la terrasse de la suite. Calme car coté cour. Parking a disposition.

Un peu excentré pour ceux qui n’ont pas de voiture.
