Location, interior and exterior design, quietness of the area, hosts

The location is across the beach. The water is shallow, safe for kids and the pool/beach bar has great menu. The beach stretches for about 1 km (in length) so there is a lot of space. The hotel provides a private beach with comfy sunbeds and umbrellas, it is not a crowded beach and the bar staff are there to get your order in no time. Also there are some sports items (badminton, chess, cards, books) The room is great, modern, with everything that you need. If you have kids they will enjoy the loft and as a parent you have a kitchenette and everything that you need to cook. Working A/C. Modern shower and bathroom. It is very clean ( it is cleaned daily) The property is very well maintained. In the evenings it is very enjoyable, nice atmosphere and you can stay under the trees or on the beach. We enjoyed the morning coffee on the beach and had a glass of wine. The owners are also around if something needs to be fixed or if you need something more. There is also a pool in a hotel of the same owners (10 m away from this location) where you can enjoy if you do not want to go to beach. That location also has a terrace with lounges and a bar from where you can also eat a sandwich or a hot dog. There is a grocery store a few minutes away if you want to but something to prepare in the room and there is also a good restaurant ( Batis ) a few minutes away. There are plenty of parking spaces.

At night there might be some noise due to the cars or motorcycles, but that is something out of the owners reach. If we would had the option to rent aqua sport gear, we would have done it (SUP boards, Kayak etc). ( This can be taken as a customer request maybe :) ) There is a nice shelf with books but unfortunately all are in greek and a lot of the customers are not greeks, so maybe english books at least. If not at the beach maybe a shelf at the hotel. I love to read a book and unwind from daily dose of technology.
