the apartment is suffering from damp, they had a dehumidifier running. Which is a shame as it could be exceptional if they get it sorted. There was also a rip in the net curtain. And the paint was flaking off due to the damp.

Property was clean and located right on beach front

Noisy ventilation fan in the bathroom that made a loud clapping noise all night. Front room blinds don’t close and big gap in the window making the blinds blow about. Huge cinema neon light directly opposite lights up whole of front room. Supposed to sleep 6 but only 4 dining chairs. Only 1 wine glass and 1 gin glass provided. One of sofa beds is a recliner settee not a proper bed. Some of these issues mentioned in previous reviews from last year but not rectified. Originally booked for 3 nights. Only stayed 1. Owner said they would refund then backtracked. Numerous messages later through Booking.com and owner, still no refund. I have videos as evidence but it won’t let me update them. Duct tape on sink. Dishwasher not worked for 2 years. 1 loo roll provided for 3 night stay. Fridge not switched on on arrival. Bathroom radiator not working. Paintwork not finished properly. Definitely not luxury. Hot water not so good ran a bath but water was only tepid boiler system noisey

Very well equipped concerning charging point, Tv programs, ect.

If booked for a party of 5 or 6 people, there always seems a shortage of table seats. We were unable to close the curtains in the front/sleeping area during the night.

Clean - great view.

Small double bed in a very large bedroom. No cling film, foil, wine glasses, tumblers. Owner needs to spend a day, finishing off paint work - there are splashes of paint on the internal windows. Otherwise good - just needs the finishing touches to make it worth what you have to pay.
