Хорошая локация, размер аппартаментов достаточный для двоих. 2 балкона на разных сторонах дома - в жару комфортно. Все чисто и исправно, хорошее постельное белье, много полотенец, бесплатная смена на чистое . Очень приветливые и трудолюбивые хозяева. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, большой и удобный холодильник. Кондиционеры работали тихо и идеально. Все замечательно!

Все понравилось! Матрас для нас жетковат, но, полагаю, в Италии такие стандарты

Casa grande e dotata di tutti i comfort, tra cui un ampio frigorifero, una cucina con piano cottura a induzione e utensili da cucina. Balcone con tavolino. Pulita e accogliente, a pochi metri dal mare (Lido 101). Personale accogliente e disponibile: il signor Nicola e sua figlia sono molto gentili e sempre pronti ad aiutare.

Posizione distante dal centro di Rimini (ruota panoramica). Parcheggio costoso e lontano dalla struttura (anche a causa delle scuole ancora aperte).

Appartamento bellissimo, c’è tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno, accogliente, posizione ottima e il personale fantastico

Unica pecca (a mio parere), la televisione un po’ piccola e vecchiotta in quanto non potevi collegare telefono o Internet e nei canali normali non c’era mai nulla da vedere, nei giorni o nelle sere in cui vuoi rimanere a casa la televisione salva la “vita”

The location is excellent, close to the sea. The staff is absolutely wonderful—friendly and welcoming. They even gave our child a swimming ring, which was such a nice gesture. Everything was clean, cozy, and pleasant. I highly recommend it 👍 Thank you, Niko, for a wonderful stay

the internet connection in the bedroom was bad
