"Nagyon pozitív, ennél jobb szállásunk aligha lehetett volna Riminiben. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat itt."

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, közvetlenül a tengerparton. Menő tetőterasz, nagy saját terasz a szobához, príma kilátással a tengerre. Légkondicionáló, felszerelt konyha szagelszívóval ellátva. Van szelektív hulladékgyüjtő.

Tetőteraszon elhanyagolt bútorok, berendezések, koszos asztalok, foltos, madárürülékes párnák, törött napernyő. Igénytelen villanyszerelés, félig befejezett felújítás hangulata volt a szobának. A konyhai eszközök elégtelenek egy nagyobb főzéshez, pl. nincs kés amivel érdemben hagymát lehetne vágni, behorpadtak a lábasok, így nehezen lehet bennük főzni.

Posizione ottimale, Vista mare bellissima. Vicinissima al mare, con bagni che accettano cani.

Assenza di personale fisico a cui fare eventuale riferimento. Necessità di manutenzione della atruttura.

La posizione della struttura, diretto sul lungo mare.

Purtroppo la struttura non eccelle in pulizia che purtroppo è approssimativa. Questa volta ho trovato il water sporco da chi l'aveva usato prima. È un vero peccato.
