Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen und sauber!

Leider ist die Ausstattung der Küche für den Preis sehr dürftig! Keine Pfanne und Töpfe wo sich die Beschichtung löst. Zum kochen eher ungeeignet! Zudem turnen vor dem Schlafzimmer in Apartment 2 Kinder/fremde Menschen auf der Terrasse herum. Also wenig Privatsphäre. Die Stoffmöbel auf der Terrasse sind leider nicht abgedeckt und durchnässt.

"Für einen Kurzurlaub oder Stadtbesichtigung Perfekt"

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig, alle Möglichkeiten des Einkaufes in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, großes Bad mit seperaten WC. Die offenene Küche mit Bar und geschmackvollen Wohnzimmer. Die zwei Fernseher, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer und vor allen die kompetente schnelle Beantwortung aller Fragen vom Vermieter.

Und das ist nur eine persönliche Einschätzung und keine Bewertung. Das Bett incl. Decke (zu weich und zu warm).

Mooi ingericht appartement op de eerste verdieping met terras, ruime woonkamer, slaapkamer en badkamer. Keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruimtes zijn schoon en hygiënisch, prettige en duidelijke verwelkoming door eigenaren. Een heerlijk verblijf als je Alkmaar wilt bezoeken.

De ramen aan de buitenvoorkant waren al een tijdje niet schoongemaakt, waardoor het zicht naar buiten 'mistig' was. We kregen ze niet verder open dan kiepstand anders waren ze schoon geweest bij ons vertrek.
