"Good location but everything else was very disappointing"

The flat wasn't properly clean. A picture was broken and fallen off the wall. The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. The equipment was cheap and minimal. The general impression was that it is being run for maximum profit for least amount of input and effort. Very unloved!!! Just a business no human input.

"Comfortable and Convenient"

Great location in town centre without much traffic noise (but see what I didn’t like) Easy parking All the facilities we needed for kitchen/dining and living room Internet fast and reliable Really comfy bed

Very hot weather so we had to leave windows open -as a result we discovered a very noisy social club next door (late night karaoke and noisy patrons leaving it) Flaky DIY in bathroom Towel rail and toilet roll holder were loose and the towel hook/rail kept jamming the door when you tried to close it

"Passable"

Good value for money and pretty comfortable in a nice town

Due a spruce up. Shower broken. An in really iffy and very frustrating. Self check in very frustrating.

"No little touches to make it special"

I find it frustrating there is no power point anywhere near a mirror (for hairdryer, straightener etc).

"Pleasant"

The property need maintenance and they put us into a single bedroom unit when we had booked and paid for a two bedroom. They had only provided linen for 2 when they knew 3 were listed. They were difficult to communicate with.
