Staff and unit owner are very welcoming and accommodating. The place is quite clean and cozy. We liked the ambience. The unit has an amazing view over the pool area.

Not much that i dont like it's one of the cons when staying in a condo so i don't take against the unit.

location, proximity to restaurant, groceries and mall.

the unit 7M was filthy, smelly and cockroach infested. any kitchen drawers you open, you will cockroaches and its droppings.

"Suberb. Quiet and comfortable stay."

Price was cheap base on its location. Did not expect free wifi, large smart TV with Netflix and Yotube was avaiable. Kitchen was complete with electric stove top and toaster. The 4 pools and 2 fitness center is superb.

Funny smell emiting from the drain due to construction fixing sewerage system of the building. It was not so bad once the exhaust fan and aircon is turned on.
