"Uncomfortable and unpleasant stay, especially not worth the price. Not appropriate for number of guests."

The location.

Extremely small, not adapted to 3 adults and 1 child. We had barely enough room to walk in the eating area. The pullout bed was very low quality and noisy. The hair dryer and the iron did not work. I would NOT recommend. Very unpleasant stay.

Check-in was completely unacceptable. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes, multiple phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and support requests just to gain access to the room. As a result, I arrived nearly two hours late to a wedding dinner. Despite the significant inconvenience, the property offered only a token refund < £35 and no meaningful resolution such as a refund for the 1st night or a late checkout. Very poor customer service and handling of the situation.

- La douche était bouchée. - salle de bain de qualité moyenne et manquant d équipement - pas de prise en compte de ma demande d être en etage supérieur - canape lit peu confortable pour les enfants - pas de possibilité de faire garder les bagages - manque d équipement compte tenu du prix de la nuitée - service client très moyen n ayant pas pris en.compte notre demande lors de notre appel
