Hotel Royal Spa

The Spa area was very nice and clean. Breakfast was generous, fresh food. Room was very clean. At the last day our checking out time was delayed and we could use still the spa. Thank you for your generosity and kindness!

The water temperature in the pools was lower than labbeled (also in the finish sauna). The coffee at the breakfast buffee was of low quality (more water than coffee). In the shower the sewage was blocked, so that the water stand for a while. We missed in the room free tea and coffee as basis service.

Unpleasant and unhelpful staff, the recepcionist on the date when we checked in, the rest of the staff were ok. The whole point of the hotel was the available free parking spot. We asked and requested a free parking, expecting to find a place to park, but we were told by the staff that they don't reserve parking spaces and that we were only here for one night. They didn't even want to tell us where to park, just said to find a spot around, which was impossible as we arrived in the evening hours and we didn't have the slightest clue where to park as it was our first time visiting Banja Koviljaca. If you don't reserve parking, at least tell people where they can park, in a kind manner with an appropriate tone. We felt kind of discriminated by the fact that we were staying for only one night (as that was repeated several times during our discussion with the receptionist). There was a parking spot available, but someone double parked and they said "they'll check it out" but never did. Also there was one more parking spot available for electric cars (where they recharge electric cars), we could've been offered that spot. In exchange, we had to circle around 30-45 minutes to find a spot available at night, tired and not feeling well after this incident. The amenities might need reconsideration and upgrade. We would have to take this into consideration and think before reserving a spot at this hotel ever again.

The park near hotel is really lovely

There are several significant disadvantages. Firstly, 1800 dinars for 3 hours of using spa with fauly infrared sauna is quite overpriced. Also, there were no kettle, cutlery and dishes in the room with kitchen. The fridge has an ice sheet which was melting and dropping inside. Thirdly, there were only two dispensers with hand soap and God knows what else - shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. Both of them was fixed with a piece of tape. And yes, you are expecting some bath set from 4 starts hotel, but we had to go to the nearest drugstore to get it. As for sleeping facilities, the mattress is left much to be desired, as pillows also. All of three pillows in the room were different and gathered in one apartment by chance.
