Soggiorno delizioso a Golfo Aranci. Posizione strategica ottimale per muoversi in costa Smeralda. Casa accogliente, pulita, confortevole, fornita di tutto il necessario con particolare attenzione alle esigenze dei vacanzieri (ombrellone, utensili da cucina, lavatrice). Zona silenziosa, vicina a supermercati e molto comoda per l’aeroporto di Olbia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Cordialità insuperabile!

This was by far one of the best holiday experience i have ever had so far. I went here with my wife for a week in may. Paolo helped us with any and all questions and inquiries that we had, he was very communicative, helpful and super polite and just a sweetheart in general. I asked alot of questions regarding fishing, good beaches and spots to eat etc. - he even gave me his speargun so i could try that out :) The apartments are really beautiful and located very conveniently - only 2 minutes walk to the beach, maybe 3 to 5 minutes walk to the next grocery store and if you have a rental car, you can reach pretty much everything on the island super easy and quick. At the same time its a very calm area and you have a beautiful view of the smaller islands in the area from the small beach down the road. All in all, an outstanding experience, would absolutely recommend and will definitely come here gain in the future! :)

Everything was perfect, only small inconvenience was that the walls arent very thick so if there are many guests you might hear them but we didnt have any issues with that either.

The area was quiet and ideal if you have a car. The apartment was big with everything you'd need for a stay, Perfect for a couple. We picked here as we had a late flight arriving so wanted a nice area fairly close to the airport (25mins in car). Check in was easy and self check in details were explained via WhatsApp on the day of arrival.

Just little maintenance jobs could be done to improve the apartment, for example the shower head would squirt everywhere one day then others it was ok. Some tiles are cracked and cupboards in kitchen didn't close properly. Washing machine has a very mouldy seal but still worked fine. The walls are quite thin as we heard the neighbours upstairs and at the side of us on a few occasions. Pillows on bed could do with changing as all really hard.

We stayed here with a two-year-old child. In addition to a baby cot, there was also a high chair provided, which was a great help. The kitchen was well equipped, and we also had access to a washing machine and laundry capsules. Outside, there was a lovely terrace where we could relax. The property is very close to the beach.
