The main advantage of this hotel is, first and foremost, the staff! Excellent, unobtrusive hospitality and friendliness! The room is on the second floor, large, spacious with a comfortable balcony, a small kitchen, and a well-placed air conditioner. The room has a great bed and pillows! I haven't slept so well in a long time! Most rooms face east, so it doesn't get hot in the evening. The morning sun wasn't a problem either. The room was cleaned very well, despite the fact that sand from the beach is a problem. The balcony offers a view of the mountains and a bit of the sea. The pool is a comfortable shape with a fenced-off section for the little ones. The pool is cleaned every evening. The food in the hotel restaurant is very tasty and affordable. There are many visitors in the evenings. There is also a good restaurant nearby if you suddenly want some variety. There is also a coffee shop with excellent coffee and pastries. Next to it is a shop selling food, drinks, and beach accessories. The nearest beach is a five-minute walk away. The second closest beach is 10-15 minutes away. There is private parking. The old town of Chania can be reached by bus or car in a reasonable amount of time. It takes 1.5 hours by car to reach Elafonisi Beach, and only 35 minutes to reach Kissamos Port, from where you can travel to Balos Island.

Side rails for a single bed would be very useful to prevent a child from falling out of bed while sleeping. I would like a warmer color for the main light bulb - 3000K or 2700К, for example. And an additional wall light above the kitchen table. The outdoor air conditioning unit is located on the balcony and hums and heats the air around it when in operation. Sand is a problem even with such thorough cleaning. Perhaps a mat at the entrance to the room could solve this problem. Or a robot vacuum cleaner, although that is expensive. I would like to see more power outlets or at least one extension cord with five outlets for charging gadgets. Additional hooks in the bathroom for towels, for example on the door. Unfortunately, the restaurant downstairs can be quite noisy in the evenings if you decide to go to bed early with the balcony open. But everything stops by 11 p.m. The noise from the road is also audible with open balcony, but it does not cause any inconvenience. Sometimes the pool smells strongly of chlorine.
