Theos Holidays Apartments

The apartment was great, it was quite big and was very clean. We got towels and clean sheets every other day. The swimming pool was very nice and the water had a good temperature. The host also was great and available at every moment. We got cocktails and pizza once which were both very good. Would really recommend to stay here.

The cushions of the bed were a bit hard for our liking. The kitchenette was limited but doable.

Our stay was an absolute dream! The rooms were very spacious with everything you need - very comfy beds, AC, well equipped kitchen, balcony, hairdryer, toiletries etc., and every day we relaxed at the pool which is remarkably clean and open between 8 am - 8 pm which is longer than most accommodations I've been to. There are also snacks and drinks available which are very affordable and delicious (sandwiches, pizza, salads, coffee, cocktails, ice cream etc.) At the reception they even have some sunscreen bottles available for use, books in several languages, playing cards and a few board games for your enjoyment! There are also cafes and supermarkets within 3 minutes' walk away, a Lidl that is 15 mins walk away, and lovely beaches within 10 mins walk away. There is also a bus within 5 mins walk away that you can take to go to the Chania town center which is lovely to explore. The host Katerina went above and beyond to help us make the most of our stay which we loved, and even arranged a taxi ride for us early in the morning on the way back because the buses in Chania don't operate that early. It felt like home and I wholeheartedly recommend Theo's apartments! Thank you so much Katerina for the lovely stay and hospitality, you are the absolute best!

Het was een goed adresje, aardige kamer met prima bedden. Fijn zwembad, ontzettend aardige gastvrouw, Je kon er goed ontbijten.

De locatie, zodra je het straatje uit reed werden de vouwen uit je broek gereden, heel ongezellig, stoplichten, enorm veel verkeer. Weinig restaurants in de buurt. Wel op loopafstand van het strand. Parkeren was lastig.

Good apartment hotel. Quiet location, 15 minutes drive to the old town of Chania. Very clean rooms, small and efficient kitchen, very nice pool. Excellent service!! You get all the help you need. Very nice bar by the pool. Comfortable beds, air conditioning. Excellent, Good hotel for traveling in the area .excellent value for money.

The furniture is a bit outdated, there is no large mirror for the whole body.

Fantastic stay at a fantastic hotel, owned by a fantastic family. We had the best holiday. Katerina and her son Dimitri did everything they could, to make sure everybody was having a great time. They are the nicest persons you will ever meet. Our apartment had great newer beds, newer silent aircondition in both rooms and the kitchen had what we needed, except electric kettle, but got one from Katerina. Nice big well kept pool with good sunbeds and umbrellas. Easy to understand why guests are coming back year after year, we will happyly do the same. Thank you Katerina and Dimitri for 2 fantastic weeks.

Very lovely apartment Hotel. With super kind staff. Katerina was taking care of all we needed. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool area is nice and calm. Buss stop 100m from hotel to Chania. Nearest beach literally 5min walk. There are many beach near by max 20min walk. We where very happy for everything.

Het is een leuke familiaire locatie. De gastvrouw Katarina helpt je met alle vragen en geeft voldoende suggesties. Alle gasten voelen zich betrokken met elkaar. Het strand ligt op loopafstand en de bus naar Chania stopt bijna voor de deur. De ruime appartementen worden goed onderhouden en ze zijn schoon. Voor betaalbare prijzen kun bij Katarina snacks kopen, die ook nog eens erg lekker zijn. Zijn er dan helemaal geen nadelen? Een paar kleintjes..Het zwembadwater bevat iets teveel chloor. Dit is nadelig voor tere huidjes van jonge kinderen. En de locatie ligt aan een druk en te klein kruispunt, waar je als bezoeker zelf in principe geen overlast van hebt. Maar je staat er wel vaak onnodig lang te wachten op een rood stoplicht. Hou je van een familiar verblijf, netheid en een gunstige locatie, dan moet je hier wezen.
