"The stay was horrible, I would call this a condo of bed bugs infestation."

It was an ocean front and that’s all. The pictures and condo don’t match.

We checked in around 6:30. We placed our things down and went to eat. Whenever, I came back I contacted the owner, it was very dusty, paint cans in both room closets and boxes. Then at 4am, we were awaken with bed bugs, in which I contacted the owner again. At 9:50 am we were leaving pest control showed up. I could clearly see tell they knew this was problem the carpet had been removed tile was place down and supplies was in both bed room closets. They tried to hide the bed bugs by putting bed covers over it. They offered us no compensation and never got back with us. I called Booking and Booking.com said, they wasn’t willing to negotiate. I wanted a full refund. I am going to contacting a lawyer. All we wanted was a short vacation. We just finished doing some work and needed relaxation and instead we had head ache, disappointment and our luggage had to be thrown away because of fear of bed bug.

"I notified the staff that the heat wasn’t working and no one get anything"

The location was great and the room itself was nice

We only stayed one night, but the heat was not working. It would kick on for two seconds and stay off for 20 minutes. It never warmed up my grandchildren. My daughter and myself were cold all night.

"Front door Unlock issue"

The main door lock gave up on us at the time of check-in, took almost 2 hours(arrived @ 3 pm in hope check-in details will be shared as per their reservation site) to troubleshoot by a technician who came after 1 hour of manual troubleshooting by me with the help of customer experience which wasn't of any help. The door lock had issues that it was creating a locked out situation. We requested a manual key so we can use it. It was provided but again we had the similar issue of locking out in front of the technician and this was almost 5:30 and my family including an infant of 2 months waiting on a bench in front of elevators. I requested to assign a different unit because this is not an ideal situation and also in the night when we come back after dinner or walk. We had to leave one of the members behind in the room always to ensure we get access to the room and baby essentials. Our parents stayed indoors, who came with us to celebrate our 10th anniversary. In a nutshell, our holiday was ruined and we should've booked a hotel instead to get better alternative rooms/unit in a single request. I'd request for the refund for the frustration, spoiling the holiday and inconvenience caused by all this drama. I'm leaving this feedback here so they take this up seriously and fix it for future guests.
