Breakfast was good at a nice location.

EVERYTHING! A 5 star hotel at 3 star price. High end tasteful finishes everywhere,quiet,A/C,a spacious room with large bed and sitting area, a separate bath and toilet .Very helpful staff.

Very clean and modern room with comfortable bed and good shower. We arrived on a Saturday and stayed only one night so we did not meet any of the staff, but the door code was communicated in advance and the room keys were easy to find. Breakfast for next morning was waiting for us in the room's mini fridge. If you travel with kids make sure you visit Herra Hakkaraisen talo for lots of fun with the little ones.

Nothing other then the fact that the stairs were a bit steep, if you travel with elderly or disabled persons. Maybe there was an elevator available, but not sure.

Location, cleanless, unique atmosphire, silence. Blinders and big curtains to make the room dark enough to sleep also in the summer time.

There was no shower curtain or coffee machine (only kettle). Also some cutlery would be nice (there were cups and classes and some plates in the mini-kitchen.
