This was our family's 2nd time staying here. The location is perfect close to everything and the beach is right across the street. Quiet area and no traffic. The pet friendly stay is a bonus.

Location

I was very disappointed. I played phone tag with the contact person only to have my reservation changed from 3 to 4 to 7pm. I found out about the changes after arriving at the location. I called Trey??? Ten times after arriving without any answer. Around 8pm my family and I made a decision to head back home 2 1/2 hours away. Guest who called. Yes... no apology or reason offered for this delay or change. It would be a great idea to have an office on the sight. It would make the stay of your guests a little more comfortable. The location was great literally 150 feet from the ocean. The room was not as clean as it could have been but that was the responsibility of the guests who were there before.

This was our second stay it this property, last time we stayed ground level, this time 2nd floor. Liked second floor better. Best part is the porch/balcony.

The balcony is solid, meaning that the dog cannot see out. Some people have noted this feature as a positive as their dog doesn't bark at passersby, but my dog really wanted to see out! As in our past stay on the other side of the building, the bedroom doesn't get dark when you go to bed because outside lighting (parking lot on one side, hotel on the other) comes through the blinds (they should be room darkening).
