Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet og maden til aften buffeten er virkelig god, men stemningen bliver ødelagt af at man bliver inddelt i hold når man spiser.

Nogle værelser er beliggende ud til vej og med udsigt til parkeringsplads. Der spises i hold, hvor man spiser i et bestemt tidsrum. Buffeten ved den sidste spiseperiode bærer præg af, at der har været to hold før - Og at skulle spise på tid, når man er på ferie. er på ingen måde hyggeligt.

The standard of service was excellent in all parts of the hotel . And one was made to feel a valued guest at all times . The atmosphere was so friendly & welcoming and the hotel had a real family feel about it. The food was superb a d there was always a huge variety of dishes to choose from. It was a wonderful stay .

L’accueil du personnel, toujours au petit soin! La qualité du buffet, la propreté de l’établissement. Son emplacement idéal à quelques mètres de la plage.

Les chambres pourraient avoir un rafraîchissement. Les horaires de la piscine : elle devrait fermer un peu plus tard.

The food was really good, the personnel at the bar and the reception really polite and the location at a walking distance from the main beach of plakias which was nice and clean. Bed was really comfortable with a selection of pillows

There were no drinks included with dinner, and free tap water was only available at breakfast but not at dinner, which is unacceptable. At the very least, water should be provided free of charge during dinner. Additionally, the soundproofing of the room’s windows and door was inadequate, resulting in a lot of noise in the mornings and on very windy days.

Everything was amazing. This hotel was the best I have stayed in all my many trips of Greece and I have visited Athens several times and many of the islands! The staff go out of their way to meet all your needs. The food is exceptional, very fresh and with ample options of local cuisine. In all our stay no two meals were the same in fact the buffet is very well planned to have different dishes at every meal! Everything is fresh, local and abundant. The attention to detail is amazing! Children are well catered for and the rooms are impeccably clean! All the staff from the Hotel general manager, the owners and their extended family, the reception staff, the entertainment, housekeepers, chefs, cooks, waiters and barmen are all amazing people and go out of their way to meet and greet all guests and are constantly asking if we need anything and constantly smiling. This hotel is a true gem and probably Crete’s best kept secret! The location next to Preveli and Kourtaliotiko Gorge is very convenient and really enhances the unique Cretan experience! This Hotel is well worth a stay and I really hope we will have an occasion to come back!

Very little as everything was top notch , but if I had to mention something I would suggest that the hotel looks into building a larger pool and deck area may be they can expand the present pool area or build a new pool on the field opposite to the present pool. But there are also amazing beaches just a five minute stroll down the road so having a small pool is not such an issue .

המלון מעולה, מתקנים מצוינים, נקי מאוד ורוב הצוות היה נחמד מאוד.

כשפקידת הקבלה הבינה שאנחנו מישראל היא הייתה מאוד מאוד לא נחמדה, אחרי שהראתה לנו את החדר היא טרקה לנו את הדלת בפנים והיא הסיבה שעזבנו את המלון, אחרת היינו נשארים עוד לילה.
