Location is nice, near the lake. Andrea was very helpful, and very nice.

WiFi was very weak, one of the bedrooms without windows, and parking was tough.

The welcome of Andrea was warm with a bottle of wine. He gave us a lot of information and tips what to do and there was a usefull map. We would have loved to stay longer and would certainly love to book again if visiting Umbria.

Everything was OK.

Andrea is a very friendly guest. The location of the house is excellent with a great swimming pool. Excellent recommandations from Andrea to visit the region.

The cabin of the shower is rather narrow, smaller as compared to the standard size.

Località comoda per visitare sia l'Umbria che la Toscana. Appartamento pulito, comodo. Cucina super accessoriata. Ottimo per i bambini il fatto di avere la piscina in giardino.

Il bagno era un po' piccolino, ma comunque fornito di tutto.

Lovely place. It's clean, tidy, the pool is surrounded by 100-year-old olive trees, location good for discovering both - Umbria and Toscana. The host is very hospitable and friendly. We will definitely come back with our family next year. I recommend it for a quiet family vacation.
