"Great location, friendly staff, lovely rooms"

This was a great location, with large rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. They rang the bus company to get the local airport bus to stop for us (that’s what you have to do in Crete, apparently!) and we’d definitely stay here again.

"Exceptional"

Very friendly staff and very accommodating. The cleaner was very hard working and always good humoured. All in all excellent!

Bed a bit hard for me, but my wife thought the bed was ok. Fridge a bit noisy, very noticeable at night.
