Fasolaki Skopelos - Eco Residences

Perfect spot for a holiday in Skopelos. Very easy to access by car (with private parking) and just a few steps away from the city center. The house was very nice, curated and clean. Evi was a very helpful host that helped us through our journey. The beach she suggested (where the guests have free sunbeds) is also beautiful!

I loved every minute of my stay. The apartment was beautiful and the views exceptional. After 3 weeks of travel, I used the washing machine was wonderful. I used the fully equipped kitchen daily. On site parking was a plus! And Evi, the managing host, was lovely and very helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze.

The property was on the edge of town which for us was ideal. Not directly in the hustle and bustle of town which meant we found some lovely restaurants. The property was clean and tidy.

Size, appearance ,equipment of the property is exceptional, every little detail and thought about what the customer would need has been accomplished, the staff are fantastic with any request instantly answered, this really is a gem of a property right in Skopolos town.

We loved the location,great views. Very spacious inside and out. With a huge front terrace. Comfortable sunbeds,a beautiful water fountain in the middle,surrounded by lush lavender plants with a most alluring scent even! Lovely walk to the port. We certainly got our daily workout returning,uphill and about 100 steps. Could easily take the car ,absolutely no problem with parking,but preferred the walk .

The property had so much space with everything you could need. Fabulous views from the balcony.

The walk to and from the property was quite steep but we got used to it. The walk was worth it when you got there. Only about 10 minutes to the port.

It was really pleasant and our host Evi, was incredible. Always very supportive and caring :)

We stayed at this beautiful home, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and cared for — thanks in large part to our wonderful hosts, Evi and Tasos. Their warmth, thoughtfulness, and hospitality made all the difference and created an experience we’ll never forget. The house itself was perfect — peaceful, spotless, and tastefully decorated with charming, thoughtful details throughout. It offered the ideal setting for a truly memorable stay, with cozy spaces to unwind and a serene outdoor area where we enjoyed quiet mornings and starlit evenings. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the calming atmosphere made it easy to feel at home from the very start. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to spend such meaningful time together. Thank you, Evi and Tasos, for creating such a special place. We’ll always carry the memories with us and hope to return again soon.

The apartment and especially the view of the mountains exceeded our expectations. It is a very beautiful and spacious apartment. The host Evi was very helpful and was always available to assist us with answering questions we had. We would definitely return to such a wonderful place.

There is some screening between the neighbouring balcony which means your view of the sea is more restricted.
