Artheo Hotel

Our room was spacious, airy and clean with a lovely big balcony. Breakfast was freshly made to order and the staff are lovely. Everything is on your door step but far enough away not to be bothered by noise.

Breakfast was divine. The owner is such a great cook, so we ate different things every morning, and every morning we were delighted with the fineness of the food!

The reservation stated that there was a microwave and an oven in the kitchen in the apartment, and they weren't there, but we didn't need them in the end because we mostly ate out.

Lovely room, fabulous breakfasts and great location. Highly recommended.

The hosts were absolutely amazing, hard working and make a delicious breakfast!! We loved that they’d come and talk to us all once breakfast service was over. The room was very basic but very clean and in a great location from the main square & restaurants. We were also able to use the pool of the Kalimera apartments which was a bonus.

Some clear communication on check in process as we didn’t know if we had to go to a reception or straight to the room. We also weren’t sure if there was a clothes washing facility or if we were able to order drinks/food at the bar any other time than breakfast. Very minor issue but it would be nice if these things were made clear at the start. Perhaps a little book or something would be a nice touch to explain FAQ’s including bar opening times, pool facilities, clothes washing facilities, taxi numbers bus location, restaurant recommendations etc.

Lovely hotel with a walking distance to the stunning beaches! Also right next to the main restaurants. Nikos the owner is super friendly and made us feel at home. Awesome free made-to-order breakfast

The room was very well equipped. Very clean and well presented. It had Air con which was a bonus in the heat and an amazing shower of which I wish I had at home. Nikos and his staff could not do enough for us. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. From the moment we met Nikos we got along really well, what a lovely guy and a very hard worker. I cannot say enough about the breakfast, it was brilliant and far exceeded what we imagined. The omelettes are amazing and a wide choice of fillings. There was fresh bread and a choice of fresh coffees or tea and then it would be... how you would like your eggs and what you would want with them. The options were almost endless, we didn't have the same breakfast twice. You could have pancakes or just simply have some toast and a glass of orange juice. The pool is a stones throw from the complex and although it was for use by other apartments there was always a sun lounger available and at the cost of a drink or 2 it was very handy to cool down. In summary we were very happy and had a great stay at Altheo. This was helped hugely by having a great host in Nikos and his staff.

It was up a steep slope but I'm being really picky here as it is really short but steep but gets the legs working. For a short period. It would not put me off staying here.

good location close to the center but still calm, nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was good. Highly recommendable!

Nothing to complain about

Very nice apartment, well equipped and with a balcony with a lovely view. Quiet location but close to the centre, up a slight hill. Parking a little tight but not a problem. Good choices for breakfast. Very many thanks to Nikos, the owner, who was very helpful and cooks great hot breakfasts, and to his wife. Also to Kiki, who served us so kindly.
