Mountain Village Hasenegg

The views from the apartments is much more stunning than you can imagine and none of the photos will describe that properly. The personel is really helpful. They really care about their guests. In terms of the rooms which are really great in general (spacious, comfortable) there are a plenty of small things which makes this place perfect and thanks to them I really felt every single detail is taken care of e.g.: there was a list of important phone numbers including veterinarian (we were traveling with dog so that was very important for us), availability of BT radio speaker (one of those small JBL ones). What is more even though we had some language/communication barriers with the personel, we never saw any frustration but we always saw a smile from each and every person working in Hasenegg. With the very comfortable bed, very useful kitchen, delicious food from the restaurant, private parking and once again the stunning views this is one of the best places to accommodate I’ve ever been and I really recommend you to check by yourselves.

The only thing I would adjust is to take care of providing other required paper information in English as well (e.g. the menu in the restaurant)
