"Superb"

The Hotel is really beautiful and all staffs are really professionnals ! The Manager is always there for you and facilities provided were really great! The 2 pools are superb and it's also easy to go to medina with the shuttle service really less expensive than taxi! The little shop is a plus

Not a lot of vegetarians options in Menu except salads

About 30 minutes from main city. The place is beautiful. Staff was very courteous, friendly and humble. Daily shuttle that takes you to the city at minimal cost. Highly recommended.

No bidet for muslim in washroom to clean up.

"Hapimag x3 nights"

A lovely place to spend a relaxing few nights. Easy airport pick up (30 min drive). Staff were exceptionally nice, without being overbearing. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Large outdoor pool with loungers and Balinese beds. Indoor heated pool and sauna free to use, and massages can be booked - mine was great. There's also a small gym and library, and a large terrace to relax. Room was large and well appointed - comfortable bed with extra bedding if needed, air con and heating, seating area, balcony, table and kitchenette. Breakfast was ample (hot and cold), and dinner was nice too. Lunch could be taken by the pool which was nice. The bar served a good selection of drinks, and there's also a small honesty bar/shop opposite reception which is helpful. The staff can arrange tours if needed. All in all, a great stay. Out of the way of the noise of the centre.

WiFi dropped occasionally in the room. Hot water a little temperamental.
