Please note that the Stelvio Mountain Pass is closed from November until the end of May. This means that you will have to take a longer alternative route to reach the property. Special rates are available at the thermal baths in Bormio. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 3.50EUR per pet, per night applies. Different charges applied for animals per night respectively for small, medium and big size.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. L’accoglienza cordiale, disponibili e attenti a ogni esigenza, strutturata non nuova ma molto pulita e accogliente con bella vista dal balcone, vicino a Bormio. C’è un cane 🥰 e un gatto che fanno parte dello staff molto amichevoli e simpatici. Letti comodi, cuscini diversi di ogni esigenza. Parcheggio. Piccola cucina, che non abbiamo usato ma abbastanza fornita.

Non c’è ascensore. Bagno troppo piccolo, ma c’è tutto doccia e bidet, sapone per doccia e mani. Sarebbe gradito al arrivo trovare una bottiglia d’acqua. Non c’è in cucina zucchero, sale, tè, caffè, olio…

arrivati prima dell'orario di check-in, ci hanno lasciato in stanza oltre orario checkout perché pioveva ed eravamo in moto, staff molto disponibile.

il letto non era comodo, faceva una buca nel mezzo

"A wonderful short stay to enjoy the Bormio Termae"

Excellent location to reach Bormio and the surrounding mountain skiing and hiking locations.

Building looks to be quite old, time for a bit of refurbishment. In particular the heating system. During our stay it was working, but noisy.
