Leaking drain, wrong coffee plug, mice through the house, mouse poop even on the beds and terrible stench from the sewer (unbearable + unhealthy smell). There is no sunlight in the house because its on the backside, people from other rooms go true your garden.

Appartement war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet

Die Lage war nicht besonders. Direkt an einer Straße gelegen und am lauten Eingangstor. Der Parkplatz ist nicht direkt in der Anlage sondern im stark nach Abgas riechenden Parkhaus, haben diesen deswegen nicht benutzt und uns in der Nähe einen Parkplatz gesucht. Die anderen Appartements hatten diesen in der Anlage und wir mussten den ständigen Lärm der rein und rausfahrenden Fahrzeugen ertragen. Das Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, was auch etwas ungewöhnlich ist.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sehr groß mit Balkon und nicht weit von Zentrum entfernt. Ein durchwegs gelungener Aufenthalt also.

Die Einrichtung war etwas altmodisch, aber funktional.

The apartment exceeded our expectations – it’s even bigger and better than in the photos! It was spotlessly clean, with an amazing balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The grill on the balcony was a nice bonus. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, it looked very inviting. The private and secure parking right in front of the property was very convenient. The location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby and some fantastic restaurants within walking distance. This apartment is a great base for exploring Cala Gonone, its stunning beaches, and the Orosei area. Highly recommend it!

Just make sure not to leave any food unpacked on the kitchen counter or anywhere because ants could swarm on it.
