Located in a quiet area, apartment was great for a couple, pool was ideal.

For some people I would suggest it’s a bit far out from the main area of town, however there’s a regular shuttle bus to use.

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Great location - quiet neighbourhood, but just a few minutes' walk to main street full of restaurants/cafes, and the lake. Very good communication with the host.

Location and general facilities, swimming pool, balcony view

The location is close enough to the old city center and the beach. It is usually quiet and the pool is great. The other guests were nice and quiet people. Paola was our contact from the property and she was really nice and helpful. WIFI is fast enough. There was plenty of dinnerware and pots.

The furniture and appliances are worn down and not very well maintained. It seems like the owners bought it years ago and then just stopped caring about it. For example, the door of the fridge doesn’t close unless you lift up the loose door of the kitchen sink which blocks it. All room’s doors and door handles were creaking very loudly. The shower had an almost clogged drain so you couldn’t shower longer than a few minutes before risking flooding the bathroom by the rising water. The shower also had a gap in the caulking so that water from the shower was running beneath the tiles and leaking into the bathroom floor even half an hour later. The main bed had a very hard mattress and the fold-out couch is uncomfortable and is not flat but has a kink from the folding mechanism. All in all, it is nothing which ruins your holiday but it seems like most of the problems could be solved completely with just some of the money they charge for a few nights and owners that just care about these kind of things. Would make it easily from a 8/10 to 9.5/10.

What a lovely, comfortable and spacious apartment. We fitted in easily.

The garden is amazing.

The apartment must be renovated. It is nice and clean, but the furniture is already obsolete.
