The apartment is modern, very spacious and well equipped. With a car it is central to Alghero and the natural park there, Stintino and Castelsardo and it has got enough parking spots up front. With bus it is on the line from Sassari to Stintino, with a stop close by. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

One of the best apartment near Stintino. I also recomended restaurant cross the road called Risto Pizza da Franco bar. One of the best restaurant near by.

From my point of view washing liquid or soap are standard equipment of apartments - they were missing.

the communication was great, everything went smoothly with the checkin, we were able to checkin earlier than planned. Everything in the apartment is new, very clean, has a lovely outside area. Despite the rooms facing a busy road, we all slept very well. There is the best cookie factory just across the road with the best seadas ever! We went there every day. The beaches are not too far away. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. Thank you!

A washing machine and a dishwasher could be great for a longer stay, not necessary for a short stay though.

The room (appartment) was spacious and contained everything for cooking and storage of food. Its equipment was new and modern. - the bathroom was comfortable - we liked the large pictures from Pelosa beach and neighborhood as decoration of walls - the online communication was fine - we found a great shop with cheese in the neighbouring street

The price did not correspond to the value at all. - possibly the tap water in the room was not drinkable, it had weird taste and we both had digestive problems after drinking it (but this fact was not indicated anywhere) - the overall look of the building from outside is weird, like an old motel, and nothing indicates that it is a complex of rental appartments - there is no building number on the facade, so you would hardly find it without a navigation - the appartments and their portions of terrace are closely near to each other, i.e. you can hear your neighbours well and on the terrace, you will also meet them - there were no kitchen utensils (hard to dry the dishes after washing them) and not even a smallest piece of soap in the bathroom - there was, surprisingly, no kettle for boiling water (you can boil it on the induction cooker in a pot) - there was also not a single bag of tea or coffee (yes, you can buy everything in the shop over the corner, but in this price category, it is anyway a bit weird) - the village is small, but there is the main road under the windows, so there is quite noise even at night
